JBM Patrol & Protection Corp. is owned by Police Officer James B. Mankowski. James brings his law enforcement values to his private security firm and is committed to supplying security officers who can assist his clients in the deterrence, detection and prevention of crime while providing superior customer service. Leading our Minneapolis Office, is Randy Olson, who recently retired from an honorable career as a Minneapolis Police Sergeant. Both James and Randy are dedicated to the private security industry and work countless hours making certain JBM provides security and not just the illusion of security. Providing true security means: training of personnel, a field training program, understanding the client's expectations, and supervising the security officers.

JBM Patrol & Protection's training curriculum is designed to provide our security officers with a well-rounded foundation of the technical and communicative skills required to
succeed as service-oriented security professionals. Our curriculum is based on the latest asset protection source material available. The program is taught by our own instructor(s)
who are active sworn or retired police officers and extensively uses scenarios and class participation to gauge understanding of subject and concept. Our security officer training is
customized to meet the needs of our customers while establishing a clear understanding of protective services and customer satisfaction.
